Development rights in respect of plots to be amalgamated to have a single unified property of about 8000 sq.mtrs at the junction of S.V. Road and Mamlatdar Wadi Road, Malad [W], Mumbai. The amalgamated property has roads on three sides.
The total developable FSI with TDR will be around 2 Lacs sq. ft.

SRA Project at Plot No.146, 147 & 150-A of Cuffe Parade, admeasuring about 15000sq.mts. in aggregate with saleable area of 1Lac sq.ft.

Scrutiny fees have been paid and Annexure II in progress.

SRA project at S.T. College compound near Metro Cinema, Mumbai.
Total developable FSI of sale 2 Lacs sq.ft. and saleable area of 1 Lac sq.ft.

SRA project at Sr. No.658 of Cuffe Parade beside World Trade Centre, admeasuring about 80,000 sq.mts with saleable area of 4 Lacs sq.ft. Scrutiny fees have been paid and Annexure II in progress.

Development rights in respect of SRA Project at Cuffe Parade admeasuring 48,966 sq.mts. to be amalgamated with SRA project at Colaba admeasuring about 12,000 sq.mts.

This project has received permission of MMRDA which is the planning authority, subject to the State Government permitting the development.

Scrutiny fees paid to the SRA.
